In Jewish tradition, each new day begins at nightfall. That's why each text arrives in the evening — 8pm Eastern, 7pm Central, 6pm Mountain, 5pm Pacific. It's a perfect reminder to breathe and expand your focus.
Your texts will wax and wane based on what's happening in the Hebrew calendar. Messages will sometimes come daily (like during the holidays of Hanukkah and Sukkot). In general, texts arrive once a week or so, keeping you in tune with the phases of the moon.

In short: Each new crescent moon ushers in a new month — and each new month brings a special invitation for spiritual growth. Many other Jewish holidays occur during the full moon! We're excited to reveal it all to you over the course of the year.

My Moon Message texts wax and wane throughout the year, according to what’s going on in the Hebrew calendar at that time. During some seasons you’ll get daily texts (e.g. the holidays of Sukkot and Hanukkah). In other seasons, texts come every week or two. Subscribers love the surprise when a new text arrives!
