The fall months of the Hebrew Calendar invite you into new beginnings and nourishing routines. We'll guide you on this ancient path to a meaningful and connected life.

In the month of Cheshvan, we are rooted.

After the High Holidays end, we enter Cheshvan, moving from peak spiritual and social energy into a quieter time of attunement.

If you're looking to tap into sacred self-care through the rhythms of the Hebrew Calendar, embodiment practices, and a supportive community of women, join us for this special retreat experience.

Find Renewal in Cheshvan

The Hebrew month of Cheshvan isn't flashy. After the spiritual highs of the High Holidays, this month's simplicity can seem like a lull.

But within that quiet pause is the opportunity to re-envision our everyday lives. Cheshvan is the restoration we so deeply need.

This retreat will take place the Sunday following the 2024 election. We don't know how you'll be feeling, or what our country will be experiencing, but we know that it will be easier and more meaningful to be in community.

Come exhale together.
