This month, as we enter Shvat, we’ll embrace this season of growth and tap into our connection with the natural world through sensory mindfulness.
Beginners welcome! Come immerse yourself in the sacred energy of community. With gentle guided practices and teachings, you'll feel more in tune with your body, the moon, and the rhythms of the Hebrew calendar.
*Our events welcome women and nonbinary folks, 18+, of all identities, backgrounds, and spiritual traditions.
