Your choice of embodiment activities include:

Embodied Movement Integration with Kohenet Pleasance Shamirah

Using the framework of the 4 elements we’ll take the self-inquiry concepts of Elul and this season of returning and reflection to move, breathe and connect to our lives and the past year with integrative approaches. Through movement, journaling, reflection, and somatic practices we’ll have time to explore personal themes of the year that relate to the collective themes of this month.

Song Meditation with Kohenet Liviah Wessely

Join Kohenet Liviah as we explore our own blessings through song. Learn simple chants you can use for your own meditative practice leading to the Days of Awe and beyond, while exploring themes of peace, protection, healing, and love.

Sense Exploration with Tobie Whitman

Explore using the senses as portals to presence. We will engage in a range of practices that focus our present moment awareness through hearing, olfaction and interoception. Strategies for applying these tools in daily living will be offered.

Together let’s lay the groundwork for a meaningful new year.
